Congo Basin: Origination Partner for Blended Forest Finance
Nativus is building a pipeline of high-integrity nature and forest projects in the Eastern DRC; drawing on longstanding scientific and field relationships around Kahuzi-Biega, Bukavu and Goma. Our role is to originate and structure investable projects to the standard that blended and institutional capital requires: rigorous scientific baselines, credible governance, and secured offtake. This ensures donor and investor capital, including through mechanisms like the Canopy Trust, converts into real, durable impact on the ground.
